Our Story

  • 2002

    REGISTERED
    SANYE was found in 1995 and registered as a company in 2002. The company transfromed from trading to manufacturing.

  • 2005

    PLANT PURCHASED
    In 2005, SANYE purchased 13333 squre plant area, it was built in 2006 with three buildings. In time, 30 CNC machines were purchased to personalized steel fittings for SHANANXI HEAVY DUTY AUTOMOBILE COMPANY.

  • 2008

    OVERSEAS MARKET EXPLORE
    In 2008, SANYE started to explore aftermarket of spare parts in overseas. Since that year, SANYE shares around 40% of truck and trailer's aftermarket. Since that, most famous aftermarket brand of spare parts chose SANYE as their core supplier in china.

  • 2012

    AS TIER ONE SUPPLIER IN MAINLAND
    Exploring better-quality process flow and helping our customers saving more money of parts in their competitive market, SANYE acquired more and more customers of OEM customers. And in 2012, SANYE's revenue achieved 15 million in RMB. And number of employees increased to 69.

  • 2021

    PLANT EXPANSION
    With more and more orders from OE Manufacturers, SANYE's production capacities was insufficient. Therefore, in this year, SANYE built 2rd plant area with the increase of 15000 sqm. Itwas three-layer building, for each layer, it was 5000sqm. The new facilities strenghten production capacities from 15000 pieces per day to 30000 pieces per day.

    DEEPEN ERP & MES SYSTEM
    Deepening the software capacity in the whole production process is what SANYE focused.
    SANYE always believe the data-driven management, helping the company to be more healthy and less wasted resources.

IATF16949 is applied in the whole production process in the manufacturing management, and which helps SANYE reducing the risk and batch quality lost after application of APQP on the new product development.

For the quality management, we have successfully achieved the SPC analysis in identifying, improving and preventing quality problem in process of manufacturing. CNC cutting tools, product materials, CNC lathe are all considered in SPC analysis, helping SANYE making better choice on cutting tools and lathe on producing the specific part. From the long-way aspect, it is a good way in improving the product quality and reducing cost per piece, successing the value for customers.
